The books explain. The tools check your numbers.
Every Solid Base House book ends its chapters with something to do. These tools do the arithmetic part for you: whether the expensive one is really cheaper, whether your email reads like a request or an apology, which business model fits what you already have, what to say when a buyer pushes back, and whether you can afford to leave your job.
Each tool names the book it comes from and the chapter behind it. Use the tool for the answer; read the book for the reasoning.
Questions
About the tools
Are the tools really free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, no email address to give and no trial. Each tool links to the book it comes from, if you want the reasoning behind it.
Do you store what I type?
No. Every tool runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to our server or saved. Where a tool offers a share link, your numbers sit in the part of the address after the # sign, which browsers never send to websites.
Will there be more tools?
Yes, as new books come out. The full list will always be on this page.
